Many U.S. soldiers experience bullying, harassment, and DEW attacks as Targeted Individuals in the military. The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) runs the Targeted Individual Program in the U.S. Military, and it also extends to NATO Operations in Europe.

Army General Joseph Lestorti
was recently removed from his position in Northern Command, based in Colorado. TJ believes the incident has more to do with him exposing & rejecting the illegal "Targeted Individuals program" in the military. Lestorti has served since 1992, including an assignment as supervisory special agent with the U.S. State Department assigned to Anti-Terrorism Assistance. The dishonesty of this news article is obvious - an awarded and decorated military soldier that quickly climbed the ranks to General, suddenly is “removed from his position over a pattern of work and failure to complete some tasks…” This is total BS and a coverup.

If a military officer says they have been trained in “CounterTerrorism” - then they are involved in the targeting program.

Prevention measures
Buy an audio recording device and record yourself 247. This can be time consuming, but it is a good idea. If you buy a device similar to this – Zoom H2n – and put it on the lowest file size setting – MP3 – It will record for around 5 days nonstop, then transfer the files onto USB pens or drives for storage.
Taking a photo of yourself every hour or so and storing them.
Sending emails to yourself and other victims of any threats or concerns.
Keep a daily log / diary. Document all you can.
Dash cams for cars, front and rear, security cameras for your home.
Important emails can be deleted due to hacking. You can setup multiple email accounts and configure them to auto forward all emails to each other.
Taking and storing screenshots of anything important.
Get a spare laptop / PC and never use it via the internet. Unplugging cables and disconnecting the internet can also help when doing tasks.
Using a different OS – operating system. And safer browsers like TOR.
Using password managers.

More than 100 days have elapsed since President Trump was sworn in; 83 since Mr. Kash Patel was confirmed as FBI director. While Mr. Patel has a lot of work ahead of him to weed out the government gangsters that weaponized the FBI against law-abiding Americans, we need to help him by making our voices heard.
Granted: some of us have seen a considerable reduction in gangstalking, but the directed energy weapons attacks on most have been off the charts.
Yet when it comes to federal crimes such as electronic surveillance and hacking without probable cause or an Article III Court-issued warrant, the criminals at Infragard, FBI, and those that remain within the Intelligence Community have been relentless. They insist on intercepting our communications as if any of it could prevent their crimes from being exposed.
I, for one, am sick of living rent-free in their pathetic brains devoid of purpose other than to harm law-abiding Americans.

During the week of May 5-9, our team visited many offices. We had meetings with attorneys, legislative assistants, and intelligence analysts. We discussed the possibility of holding hearings and other investigative steps. Their reaction to our evidence was - stunned and surprised. They had heard of Havana Syndrome, but not anything behind it.
We will also be having follow-up conversations with our new contacts. Please be patient while we continue these discussions. Keep in mind that there are 435 Congressmen and 100 Senators - so we still have much work to do. We are leaving DC with hundreds of contacts in both chambers.
