In 2020, the FBI’s Office of Private Sector published and distributed a number of false and defamatory statements about Targeted Justice and our efforts.
The FBI falsely claimed that TJ was "doxing" and harassing people, and that we are considered "hackers." Doxing involves the use of non-public information.
We only use public records.
Distributing flyers is FREE SPEECH.
The legal definition of harassment involves repeated, threatening events - which we did not do. One visit does not constitute harassment. We do not threaten anyone. We do however, practice our FREE SPEECH.

InfraGard is completely owned and controlled by the FBI. It is not separate from the FBI, in spite of their claims. When you contact the national Infragard office - it is an email address within the FBI.
