"A post-mortem analysis of Robert Card's brain by Boston University's CTE Center...revealed "significant evidence of traumatic brain injuries at the time of the shootings."
"Among the injuries recorded by researchers were damage to the fibers that allow communication between areas of the brain, inflammation and a small blood vessel injury...[BUT] there was no evidence of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a brain disease often found in athletes and military veterans who have suffered repetitive head trauma."
Havana Syndrome/NKBI patients do not show head trauma, yet they have head injuries produced by #DirectedEnergyWeapons. @theNASEM has concluded this.
This could provide the causation link for the victims' families to sue the #USSpaceForce who tortured and directed the shooter to go on a killing spree through the microwave auditory effect (#V2K) that he admitted suffering from months before the event.
They targeted him.
They tortured him.
They groomed him to be a mass shooter.
They saw in real time what he was going to do through #RemoteNeuralMonitoring.
They could have stopped him prior to killing anyone.
....And they chose not to.
"They" are the #USSpaceForce whose 'Guardians' hands are soaked in blood, all paid for with American taxpayer money,
